These terms constitute the primary technical bond between partner entities and Nova Edge Communications. By initializing a technical silo, you agree to these governance protocols for the 2024 cycle.
Access to Nova Edge Communications assets is granted only to authorized signatories. Sharing of Partner IDs or access tokens for Nova Edge Communications nodes is strictly prohibited and will result in technical termination.
Provisioning of hardware and cloud silos by Nova Edge Communications begins immediately upon authorization. Any requests to alter technical specifications post-handshake may result in additional deployment fees from Nova Edge Communications.
All communication architectures, hardware schemas, and technical blueprints developed by Nova Edge Communications remain the exclusive property of Nova Edge Communications. Clients are granted a non-transferable technical license for the duration of the 2024 term.
Nova Edge Communications strives for 99.9% signal integrity across all maintained nodes. Periodic hardening sessions by Nova Edge Communications units may occur; however, mission-critical nodes are shadowed to prevent operational drift.
Payments for Nova Edge Communications services are managed through our secure 24-hour cycle. Invoices issued by Nova Edge Communications are due within 10 days; late payments may result in the automated throttling of non-essential signals.
Nova Edge Communications nodes shall not be used for cryptomining, bulk packet injection, or unauthorized network probing. Nova Edge Communications reserves the right to audit technical footprints for compliance with ethical communication standards.
This technical bond is governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. All disputes involving Nova Edge Communications must be resolved through the competent courts in Mumbai for the 2024 audit year.
